At its 2026 convention held at the end of January in Riga, First Stop clearly outlined its roadmap: accelerate the development of its heavy-duty and industrial activities while continuing to expand its network of affiliated centers.

Bringing together managers from its 215 member centers, the event provided the opportunity to review a solid 2025 performance and lay the foundations for further growth in the heavy-duty (VI), fleet, and industrial segments.

Heavy-duty: momentum already underway

In 2025, First Stop continued structuring its offer dedicated to industrial vehicles. The brand reports a 7% increase in purchases from priority suppliers, a sign of strong network engagement and alignment with its heavy-duty strategy.

The listing of new partners, such as Exadis for light commercial vehicle spare parts and Kumho Tire for tyres, further strengthens an offering designed to meet the needs of truck workshops and transport operators.

Fleets: Eurofleet as a growth accelerator

The development of B2B fleet business is one of the key pillars of the 2026 strategy. Through Eurofleet, its dedicated fleet structure, First Stop highlights access to a network of 900 service points across France, capable of meeting multi-site maintenance requirements.

In 2025, this segment recorded growth close to 10%, confirming the network’s strong potential in fleet contracts, both in tyres and heavy-duty maintenance services.

Industrial, agricultural and heavy-duty: 2026 priorities

For the coming year, First Stop intends to further strengthen its industrial activity including agricultural and heavy-duty segments and in close coordination with its members. The objective is clear: position the heavy-duty segment as a genuine driver of growth and profitability for network centers.

The strategy notably relies on a reinforced purchasing policy, with a more attractive bonus system based on both purchase volumes and progression, alongside targeted support for centers active in industrial markets.

A network still expanding

Alongside this heavy-duty focus, First Stop continues expanding its network. After welcoming fifteen new centers in 2025, the brand aims to add more than thirty additional centers in 2026, with a strong focus on light vehicles but also heavy-duty operations.

“Our priority is to support growth and profitability for our centers, particularly in the heavy-duty and industrial sectors,” emphasized Alejandro Ganzarain, Director of the Member Network.

The stated goal: exceed 250 affiliated centers and confirm First Stop’s position as a key player in heavy-duty services in France.

A clear direction: more industrial, more fleets, more performance.
