A tailored guide, truck by truck
What’s new? The system is fully personalized. Simply enter the last six digits of the VIN to access a guide tailored to the exact configuration of the vehicle. Already compatible with the new Mack Pioneer and Mack Anthem, the tool covers everything: operation, maintenance, driver assistance systems, and even emergency procedures.
All of it is organized into clear sections: a full guide, driving tips, visual navigation, and even training videos.
Practical value for drivers
Where Mack really stands out is user experience. Intuitive interface, fast search, interactive visuals… and above all, video content to quickly understand key functions such as adaptive cruise control, mDRIVE, or pre-trip inspections.
“Drivers want instant access to information, not to search through a paper manual,” sums up David Galbraith.
Coming soon directly in the truck
And this is just the beginning. By the end of 2026, the Digital Driver Guide will be integrated directly into the truck’s onboard display, with over-the-air updates for vehicles already in operation. A logical evolution, according to Brandon Page, as trucks become increasingly technological.
