Renault Trucks France has announced the appointment of Laure Klinguer as Commercial Director for Key Accounts. In the role since July 1, 2026, she is responsible for supporting key accounts in the electrification of their fleets, with the aim of strengthening the 360° customer approach already implemented by Renault Trucks and bringing her teams together around this transformation.

At 42, Laure Klinguer has spent nearly 16 years working within Renault Trucks and the Volvo Group. A trained engineer with degrees in electronics and computer science, she began her career as a consultant at Valeo in the Paris region before joining the Volvo Group in 2010.

She then held several technical and project management positions. In 2021, she moved into commercial responsibilities by joining Renault Trucks Europe. She initially took charge of the strategy for the heavy-duty range at European level, before managing the Nordic and Baltic markets as well as several private importers.

Accelerating fleet electrification

This new role comes at a time when, according to Renault Trucks, key accounts are playing a driving role in the electrification and decarbonisation of road transport.

Laure Klinguer has therefore set the objective of increasing the share of electric vehicles in the key-account portfolio to one third by 2030.

To support this transition, she aims to strengthen the 360° customer approach already deployed by Renault Trucks. This notably includes identifying transport flows that can be electrified, site assessments, sizing charging infrastructure, service contracts, financing and insurance solutions, as well as support and monitoring of operating performance.

This approach is already being implemented with customers such as Suez, DUPESSEY&CO and Jacky Perrenot, and is now set to be extended to all Renault Trucks France key-account customers.

A leadership approach focused on teamwork

Laure Klinguer takes the lead of a team of around fifteen key account managers. She describes her management approach as being based on transparency, listening and teamwork.

“I believe in teamwork. I truly believe in the strength of collective effort: that is what makes the difference over time,” she explains.

Beyond the commercial challenges, the new Commercial Director for Key Accounts also connects this roadmap to a personal conviction regarding the energy transition in transport.

“We have a responsibility, as citizens, parents and leaders. Younger generations are watching us. I wanted to make my contribution, and at Renault Trucks I find a drive for action that aligns with my values,” says Laure Klinguer.

With this appointment, Renault Trucks France is therefore entrusting Laure Klinguer with continuing to support its key-account customers in their transition towards electrification, with an ambition set for 2030.
