SAF-HOLLAND strengthens its aftermarket offering

The objective is clear: to simplify spare parts management while reducing vehicle downtime.

At Automechanika 2026, which will be held from 8 to 12 September in Frankfurt, SAF-HOLLAND will unveil several new products aimed at workshops, distributors and fleet managers.

The main announcement concerns the launch of the new Parts on Demand (POD) digital portal. This platform now brings together the identification of SAF-HOLLAND and Haldex parts within a single interface. In the long term, the Assali Stefen, Tecma and York brands will also enrich this database.

For maintenance professionals, this portal represents a significant time saving. A single interface now makes it possible to quickly identify the correct part numbers, limit ordering errors and simplify daily operations.

Haldex expands its braking offering

Another important new development: Haldex is continuing to develop its aftermarket business by now offering brake pads and brake discs compatible with numerous heavy-duty vehicle and trailer applications, including on axles from other manufacturers.

Approved for professional use, these components promise consistent braking performance, excellent resistance to high temperatures, controlled wear, as well as reduced noise and dust generation. The discs are also designed to offer high thermal stability and facilitate workshop installation.

Ready-to-install wheel end units

SAF-HOLLAND will also present a new range of wheel end units, complete hub assemblies ready to install. The idea is to directly replace the entire assembly rather than dismantling and checking each component individually.

This solution makes it possible to significantly reduce intervention time, limit vehicle downtime and lower the overall cost of maintenance operations. These assemblies are available for several common applications, notably on vehicles equipped with Schmitz Cargobull, Krone, BPW and JOST axles, as well as for DAF and Volvo heavy-duty vehicles.

At the same time, SAF-HOLLAND highlights the benefits of these solutions for large fleets, which can therefore standardise their maintenance operations while improving vehicle availability.

See you at Automechanika

With these new products, SAF-HOLLAND confirms its desire to strengthen its aftermarket offering by focusing on digitalisation, simplified interventions and the expansion of its multi-brand parts range.

Visitors will be able to discover all these innovations at stand B20, Hall 6.0, during Automechanika Frankfurt 2026.
