On 4 and 5 July 2026, the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours hosted the fourth round of the French Truck Racing Championship (Championnat de France Camions FFSA). Over two days, 18,700 spectators enjoyed a spectacular weekend combining high-level racing, family entertainment and professional networking.

Organised in partnership with HVM Racing, promoter of historic motorsport events, the meeting also featured spectacular Historic Formula One races, one of the highlights of the weekend.

Following this fourth round, the championship remains more competitive than ever, with extremely close battles throughout the overall standings.

A decisive weekend in the title fight

On one of France’s most prestigious racing circuits, the drivers of the French Truck Racing Championship delivered another outstanding weekend of racing.

Téo Calvet #20 (Freightliner) claimed overall victory at the Magny-Cours Truck Grand Prix after a perfect weekend, winning all four races and extending his lead over Thomas Robineau #75 (MAN) in the championship standings.

However, the title battle remains wide open, with Thomas Robineau finishing second overall and keeping his championship hopes very much alive.

Behind the leading duo, Jonathan André #44 (MAN) moved up to third place in the championship ahead of Anthony Robineau #08 (MAN) and Lionel Montagne #40 (Renault Trucks).

All four races produced spectacular on-track battles on a circuit renowned for rewarding both performance and overtaking opportunities.

Following the Magny-Cours Truck Grand Prix, the championship remains more open than ever before the 24 Heures Camions, which will take place at the Bugatti Circuit in Le Mans on 26 and 27 September 2026.

A regional transport industry exhibition

Alongside the racing, the event hosted a major open-air transport exhibition centred around Faurie Trucks, the regional Renault Trucks dealer, bringing together manufacturers, equipment suppliers, insurance and welfare organisations, and companies from across the transport industry.

As a genuine business and networking hub, the exhibition gave visitors the opportunity to discover the latest innovations while meeting key players from the road transport sector.

Once again, the Magny-Cours Truck Grand Prix successfully brought together transport professionals and truck enthusiasts in a unique event.

Decorated trucks once again in the spotlight

More than 200 decorated trucks were displayed throughout the weekend. American trucks, custom-built vehicles, historic trucks and uniquely personalised models formed one of the event’s main attractions.

The traditional truck parades around the circuit once again drew thousands of spectators, confirming their status as one of the most popular highlights of the weekend.

An event for the whole family

Beyond the sporting action, the Magny-Cours Truck Grand Prix offered a wide range of activities for visitors of all ages.

The open paddock gave spectators unique access to the drivers, teams and racing trucks throughout the weekend.

The entertainment areas and family activities helped make this fourth round another friendly, accessible and enjoyable event for everyone.

The French Truck Racing Championship will now head to its fifth round at the 24 Heures Camions, to be held at the Bugatti Circuit in Le Mans on 26 and 27 September 2026.
